Warm and caring therapy for adults and Adolescents

Welcome to Elizabeth McCracken Psychology
Beth is a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA and the APS. She has extensive experience across both private practice and public settings working with adults, adolescents, and children with a broad spectrum of presenting issues and diagnoses. She will work with you to get a thorough assessment of what drives your suffering, in order to address it at its core.
Everyone is unique. Beth will work with you to establish the priorities and goals that are the most meaningful to you.
Beth works with the understanding that not only do we have our unique individual psychological makeups, but that we are embedded in social, cultural and political systems that impact the way we experience life.
Therapy begins with a thorough assessment of what drives your present suffering, so that treatment can address it at its core. The purpose of this is not only to provide symptom relief, but to empower lasting transformation.
You do not need an official diagnosis to access or benefit from therapy.
Addressing concerns before they become problems is highly encouraged! Many people seek help to understand and shift relationship patterns, feel more connected to others, get “unstuck,” work towards goals, improve their performance in a sport or artistic field, access creativity and play, or to find ways to increase their wellbeing and satisfaction with life.
